Our Fees

The Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN) is an independent, government-mandated source of comprehensive information about hospitals and consultants’ fees and performance. We are committed to a transparent approach to our fees and patient outcomes.

Please use the PHIN website to see our fees on our individual clinician’s profile – click on the image below for each profile:

    Insured patients

Our clinicians are recognised providers by all the major medical insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA PPP, Norwich Union (Aviva), Vitality, WPA, Standard Life, Pruhealth Cigna, BUPA International and Saga. Most insurance companies pay fees in full. Please check your policy with your insurance company before your appointment.

We will be able to invoice your insurance company directly. You must, however, obtain ‘preauthorisation’ from your insurance company before your appointment. Please also be aware that your insurance company may require a referral from your GP or prior consultation with one of their online GP’s as a condition of the insurance policy.

For some outpatient treatments and investigations, our hospital or clinic may make additional charges, and for this reason, upon arrival, you may be asked for your credit card details to cover any potential shortfall on your insurance policy on such charges.

Please note that you are ultimately responsible for all of your fees, even if you are privately insured.

    Self-funding patients

Many patients without health insurance now opt to pay for their medical treatment privately. For the majority of procedures, we can provide an accurate estimate before commencing any treatment. Most private hospitals require payment in full or a deposit at or before the time of treatment for self-funding patients. The hospital may require further payments on account with payment of the balance in full on discharge.
